CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that sometimes schedules may change and therefore I request at least a 24 hour notice when rescheduling or canceling your appointment. As a new client, or with your first time booking I request a credit card to hold your appointment. If the appointment is canceled in less than 24 hours or you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment (a No-Show) your card will be charged for 50% of the service amount. This policy is put in place to protect my time and income. Thank you.
